Hi Akind, I would suggest you to check whether Mustek A3 USB 600 is compatible with Windows 7 or not. If it is not compatiblw with Windows 7 then install the drivers in vista compatibility mode and check if issue persists. Run the Program Compatibility Wizard 1.Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows. 2.Follow the instructions in the wizard.
