I just ordered my first mechanical keyboard (the ) and I would like to get some custom keycaps for it. I've looked at but the keycaps would be almost as much as the keyboard itself (I got it for $75.00 with free shipping), so I was wondering if there are any other sites that I should look at for custom keycaps before ordering? To show you what I have in mind, I'm looking for something pretty simple, but I have to be able to customize the keys, as the TK is a non-standard board. I think that would look the cleanest, while still adding some white to the board (to match my case). I’ll also be upgrading to a Corsair M65 mouse soon to keep the white theme on my desk. Well, that gives me something to think about. I don't know, the TK is being delivered today, so I'll get to try it out tonight (my first mech keyboard!!!) and I'll decide what to do tonight. I'm still pretty sure I'll order them, I really want at least some white on the keyboard, but I'll decide after I see how it looks. My other option would be to return it and get a and not do any custom key caps, but I really do like the thought of the backlighting and smaller size of the TK. So I guess the question I should ask is, Paradigm, since you have obviously used them before, would you recommend the WSAD keycaps?

If not, maybe you could give me some pointers if I am wanting to incorporate a white theme in my keyboard? Another thought I had was, since the keys are so easy to remove and the cord is detachable, I could tape off everything (where the keys are and the plug attaches) and paint the body of the keyboard white and then stick with the stock keys. This would be the cheapest route, but I don’t know how difficult it would be as I’ve never even considered painting a keyboard before. Anyway, if you wouldn’t mind, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the subject.
